GENERAL

government grant programs and to be administered for the benefit
of a class of community members, such as college education
programs or rehabilitation programs
–The Permanent Trust Fund of a Community – monies held in
a permanent account that are available for the general benefit
of the community
–Community Social Programs:
–Scholarship Programs – monies donated or held for a
specific educational objective of the donor or program, such as
local community college scholarships
–Asset Purchase Programs – monies designated for the
benefit of first time home purchasers, or small business
entrepreneurs
–Other welfare, health, or
